WHO WE ARE: We are a group of Reenactors living in Arkansas, West Tennessee, and Mississippi who are trying to accurately portray the gallant men who served with the 1st Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles (RUR) during the Second World War. Our unit participates in World War II Reenactments from tactical battles to Living History events all over the Mid South Region. During World War II, the 1st Battalion Royal Ulster Rifles were assigned as Airlanding Troops or (Glidermen) who served with the 6th Airlanding Brigade, of the 6th Airborne Division and were actively involved in the Invasion of Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge and Operation Varsity.
